Contact
One address, read by the people who build the tools. No ticket queue and no chatbot between you and an answer.
Email us
We answer within one business day, Monday to Friday, South African time.
What to send us
- A tool request — tell us what you keep calculating by hand and we will look at building it.
- A correction — if a figure, formula or explanation is wrong, say which tool and what the right answer is. Corrections are the fastest thing we ship.
- A bug — include the tool, what you typed and what you expected. A screenshot helps but is not required.
- Anything else — partnerships, licensing a tool for your own site, or media.
Privacy of your enquiry
Email to that address reaches us directly. We keep it to reply, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking. The tools themselves never send us anything at all — see the privacy policy for exactly what is and is not collected.
Frequently asked questions
Are the tools really free?
Yes. Every tool on this site is free to use, with no account, no sign-up and no usage limit. The site is funded by advertising and by the occasional affiliate recommendation, which is why you will see both.
Do you store or see what I type into a tool?
No. Every calculator runs entirely inside your browser — the numbers, the text you paste and the words you unscramble are processed on your own device and are never sent to us. There is no server-side component to the tools and no input logging.
Can I use one of your tools on my own site?
Email us with the tool and how you intend to use it. Some are straightforward to license or embed and some are not, so it is worth asking before you build around one.
Can you build a tool that does not exist here yet?
Ask. Tool requests are the most common reason people contact us, and the ones that get built are usually the ones where you can describe the calculation you currently do by hand.
I found a wrong number — what do you need from me?
The tool, the inputs you used, and what you expected instead. Corrections are the fastest thing we ship, because a calculator that quietly returns a plausible wrong answer is worse than one that fails outright.
