Terms of use
Plain-language terms for using MicroTools. Using the site means you accept them.
1. The service
MicroTools is operated by X Centrix AI and provides free, browser-based calculators and utilities. The tools are provided as-is, without registration, and we may add, change or retire any tool at any time.
2. Results are estimates, not advice
Check anything that matters. Our calculators compute from the inputs you give them and the assumptions documented on each page. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for a qualified professional who knows your circumstances. You are responsible for the decisions you make from a result.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not attack, overload, scrape at volume or attempt to disrupt the site.
- Do not resell the tools as your own product, or strip the branding and present them as your own service, without a written agreement with us.
- Do not use the tools to break the law or to infringe anyone’s rights.
4. Availability and liability
We aim to keep MicroTools available and correct, but we do not guarantee either. To the fullest extent permitted by law, X Centrix AI is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or its results — including lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act that cannot be limited by agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The site design, copy, source code and the guides are owned by X Centrix AI unless stated otherwise. The word lists used by the Multilingual Word Scrambler & Solver are derived from the open-source FrequencyWords dataset and are used under its licence. You may use the results any tool gives you — including commercially — but not the site itself.
6. Third-party links
Some pages link to third-party products, including affiliate links (see the privacy policy). We do not control those products and are not responsible for them or their terms.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions go to microtools2027@gmail.com.
